Hi. Perhaps it will help you. The reason for the deeper levels did not work were the lack of CSS code, which shows the menu toogler icon. Now it is fixed as I see after the update.

Perhaps on your site is an old cache and a compilation from SCSS in CSS is disabled. Turn it on, save, then clean the Joomla and browser cache . If third-party extensions or caching services are used, it also needs to be cleaned.
