Eventum Install: SQLSTATE errors on fresh install

Hi,

I have just completed a fresh install with details as follows:

Template: Eventum
Type: Quick Start

Extensions added after install - none
Actions after fresh install: update extensions, update joomla

Errors are as follows:

On doing a Joomla update page refreshed to show this error:
SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '1' for key 'PRIMARY'

I then browsed through the Joomla control panel and various pages
When I clicked on Content>Articles the same above error was returned
I then chose Articles>new and proceeded to create a Test article
upon saving and going to the articles page this error was returned:
SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'a.note' in 'field list'

Please advise

Also, after updating to Joomla 3.9.24 the Joomla Maintenance feature keeps saying that version is 3.9.16 and needs updating but it clearly shows as 3.9.24
