Make more functionality in the editor

Add more features or let you choose which editor features to use. In the form in which TinyMCE is now, this is not enough.

Don't offer JCE, it's terribly slow in SPPB

Hi,
You need advanced tinyMCE, as I know Media Manager will change in sppb 4.0x
