“SP-Tweet” Module features this. Simple Setting is:

1]Create Module of “SP-Tweet” type.

2] Put “Latest Tweets” as title and Position is right of atomic-bottomleft.

Put your twitter ID at “TWITTER_ID” field at basic options.
