This is featured by News Show SP2 Module. Select Position of the Module and give title.

In this template following Article Layout have been used where Number of Article Column is 3 and Number of Article Row is 1.

There are some other settings in article layout option like Title Showing,Introtext,Category etc.In Spectra following setting have been used.

From Data Source Option “Portfolio” will be the selected Category.
