The bottom section of template design (from Quickstart) was built using module positions. There are published 4 types of modules: SPPB, Custom, Menu and Twitter. In the footer sections you can find features from template, they are not modules by default. But they can be replaces with custom modules.

Footer (Copyright & Designed by) - can be accessed from Template settings, Basic > Footer - from where you can replace / customize text content.
