The bottom section of template design (from Quickstart) was built using module positions. There are published 4 types of modules: SPPB, Custom, Menu and Twitter. In the footer sections you can find features from template, they are not modules by default. But they can be replaces with custom modules.

The Footer (Copyright & Designed by) can be accessed from Template settings > Basic > Footer, from where you can replace/customize the text content.
