At first create Extra Field group from Component -> k2 -> Extra Fields Group.

Create new Extra Field

Go to Component -> k2 -> Extra Fields now click on the New button. Now put necessary data on the fields. Like Name, Alias. Select the published option. Also you have to select the Group and Type.
