Hi Rashida, I read these articles very carefully, but didn't find a complete answer there :/ The problem is that Tab navigation only works for first-level menus. Submenus and lower level items are ignored (as if they were not there). I would love to stay on the Helix menu, but this is a big problem for me and disabled users.

THis is all from Helix for now. We are planing to improve it with time as you know. We recommend using also additional, external extensions, widgets or scripts that may improve the accessibility of your website.

With delay, but it was added - Keyboard Navigation for MegaMenu was added in Helix Ultimate 2.1.3 update. Accessibility was also improved in Mobile Menu - for icons Menu [=] and Close [x].
