I cannot find a way to embed fonts on Helix 3 / Indigo template /API Key doesn't work

Hi,
I cannot find a way to embed fonts on Helix. Maybe I do not understand documentation, I don't know but I'm stuck on this problem. In the link you'll find what I've to resolve --> https://drive.google.com/file/d/1A6L6fR-MYsD4lGtDScQvKzVJJSW5Gotm/view?usp=sharing

Another issue is that API to update fonts list doesn't work. The error is "The request is missing a calid API key". I've seen on the web that is an error that could be happen, I've tried the solutions suggested but I cannot resolve this issue.

guide is universal, can be used for Helix3 and Helix Ultimate.

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. Indigo Template made by Helix ultimate and Indigo isn't ready for Helix ultimate v2. Please don't use Helix3 & Helix Ultimate at the same time. Now you should roll back your previous backup.

Hi Toufiq,
I do not understand. I'm going wrong writing Helix 3 instead of Helix Ultimate. Looking versions, I see that they are 2.0.5 and 2.0.6. Now all the site is working well in that way.
The only things I need is to embed the the google fonts.
What I've to do, please?

Indigo Template made by Helix ultimate and Indigo isn't ready for Helix ultimate v 2.0.6

You should rollback your previous backup.

Ciao Marco,

ad 1) there is a basic way to load Google Fonts (eg. Open Sans) without using typography (template) settings.
Then you can reduce font size and choose what font-weight you will use. I will share you a video clips below.

ad 2) maybe easier will be for all us to load you new, updated google font list, hmm?

Hi Marco

Just advice. Connecting google fonts slows down the site. I would recommend to download the desired fonts and connect them locally. It will improve performance and will not need to solve the problem with Google API KEY.

As you can see it's pretty easy method. And yes, may speed up your website a little bit. I use this tip (1A) quite often.

Hi Toufiq,
I've rolled back to Helix Ultimate 1.1.4.
The problem occour because your site propose the updating. I've only updated to 2.0 when I received the message. Now, I've to remember that I have to do not update Helix forever.

Wow... finally it works but I've to use another plugin to block the loading of Google Fonts, maybe there are other modules or plugin or extensions too that call Google Fonts. Now it works fine, thank you again Paul!
