Hi there,
Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you change the image size after upload images then you have to re-upload your portfolio images to generate image thumbnail.

I changes all THUMB to--> Recommended image size is 1170px X 800px.
is that wrong?????

Once you have uploaded images then if you change the size. You need to upload your images again. Is it clear?

still the same:
I changed(the first group)Sound and Vision:
Created for all thumbs a image exactly 1170/800
I added the filename and I can see the size:
example:
for the image:
images/sound_and_vision/2_Compositions/4_BIRDY/thumb.jpg#joomlaImage://local-images/sound_and_vision/2_Compositions/4_BIRDY/thumb.jpg?width=1170&height=800
and for the thumb:
images/sound_and_vision/2_Compositions/4_BIRDY/thumb.jpg#joomlaImage://local-images/sound_and_vision/2_Compositions/4_BIRDY/thumb.jpg?width=1170&height=800
all thumbs the same.
but still, when open the page wrong display, only after I choose a Tab, then it is ok again.
after upload the thumb files, I add it in the portfolio...
what else I can do?

I am using System - DJ-WebP .... after I disable that plugin it seems to work, but why?

I did this for the first group "Sound and Vision" always the same style:
All images are the same size 1170/800
deleted all previous images and the upload all with the same size
I dont know what else to do.

I prepared an extra image for the overview, as I need the bigger size later in the detailpage:

those images are 2000 px
thats why I created for all images in the overview:

a extra thumb with the size you recommended.
conclusion:
all images I can see here: http://dev.dorismarten.com/
are 1170x800 / (in the moment only the first two groups.)
click on view opens a sp pagebuilder page with more images and information(This works well)
So.. where is the problem?
I also do not understand why it is ok when I choose a sub, like 'composition' then after move to another menu item open it and go back to the sound and vision view, then again wrong. (see my screencast)

I gave up.
I dont use joomshaper + portfolio extension. Too complicated. I chenged to yootheme pro, need only have the time and it works without any resize or what ever. More: yoo theme is much more userfriendly to change content from frontend,
sorry. but I cannot use your software.
