Can't Access/edit Top Portion Of Default [Home] Page For Helix Ultimate V2.0.5 With SP Page Builder V4 Alpha 1

Hi:

Can't access/edit Default [Home] page for Helix Ultimate v2.0.5 with SP Page Builder v4 Alpha 1, but other [Home] pages are accessible/editable.

I click [Edit] and top part of page is blank and only the "Footer" shows - see screenshots attached.

FYI: Did the install via Quickstart Pack - Joomla 4.
