Yes, You can use 100% or 99,9% as well :)

becuase .container has default padding anyway (template.css):

.container {
    padding-left: 15px;
    padding-right: 15px;
}

I have few suggestions If I may.

LINK #1: Using images inside Pricing Table boxes doesn't make sense. Let people focus on the benefits of the package, not the background image.

LINK #2: BG image inside row "Managed By..." is a fog (some people may think it's from fire), not clouds. I suggest more bussines image, maybe modern buildings with blue sky and clouds. Second, font size is too small compare to first link.

Please take a look at the 2 links I sent you. Yes I to thought it was a touch over kill on the graphics. I am working on a big wide screen so the font looks bigger to me. I am going to go through each page on my laptop today.
