Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. Will you please provide me the Joomla administrator access to check the issue? I will check & get back to you soon.

In the meantime, you can try to check right button click from your mouse

-Thanks

Right-click just opens up browser menu, it does not help.

I can share the credentials but since it is site I am working on everything changes by the minute so it will not really make much sense.

This had happened with your Fundrising theme (6 pages) on the home page. there are two objects which overlap. Go and test it . Please remember that I use 4K monitors so things might be located and positioned a bit different on the page. To see preciselly what happens you would have to do a remote session on my screen.

Like I said, there is no sense to provide you an access because I have already removed that Sample Page. Just do what I asked you to do and you will see the problem. Apply please Helix Ultimate template to J4 and then Import the page theme: "Fundrising". You will see overlating objects (but you have to test it on 4K monitor otherwise they might be in a different positions). I am not really familiar how browsers handle positioning based on resolution and screen size but I know objects are not always in the same place. It is kinda like on mobile devices.

You (I hope) know browsers support LAYERS and just for that reason YOU MUST SUPPORT this. The easies way is to add OBJECT INSPECTOR (check Elementor for Worpress).
