SP PB Doesn't Show Example Templates: It Got An HTML 500 Error On Apache Log

Hi, trying to view example templates to download during creation of a new page the system, after waiting some minutes, reply with a "No Templates" message.

I've checked out that all the pages are writable on System Information - Folder.
I've tried to disable antivirus and anti ramson protections, with no result.
I've tried to install again SP PB 3.8.2.
All of those give me no results.
The same is happened to other sites of mine on my server.

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. Try to login your administrator area but no success to open administrator login panel. I think your server occurred the problem overall. You need contact with the server provider. Ask them it works another server why not your.

Accepted AnswerHi Toufiq, the server is mine in my home and it is continuosly up since 16 days. If you cannot see the website in any way, maybe you're banned from my security system. Could you give me your IP or your provider, please?

Accepted AnswerPlease disable the mod_security and rocket_loader from your server. If you can't please contact your hosting provider. Thanks

Accepted AnswerI do not have cloudflare, for what I know... :-( I've asked you where I can disable what you have told me. Where are mod_security and rocket_loader? The server is mine, I've the server in my home, it is totally undem my control. Please, tell me where I can find the two modules, thank you. Marco
