Preset.css | Medico

Hi there, I want to customize the default.css for the Medico template. I used the default.css (preset folder). Unfortunately, the default.css will be overwritten if I switch to one of the other preset layouts. What is your recommended workaround if I want to customize one of the preset layouts? An extra custom.css? Furthermore, I want to know why the content of the css files are in one line instead arranged one below the other. Or is that happening because of my editor (Notepad++)?

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you want to override or add css code then you need to create an custom.css file inside the css directory.

-Thanks

Hi Toufiq,

Thanks for your quick reply. I created a custom.css in that folder(...\shaper_medico\css\presets) and copied the content of the preset1.css (for testing purposes) in the new custom.css. In the template settings I added the entry "custom.css" in the "custom Code" area.

Unfortunately, I can't see my color changes I made for testing purposes.

What is going wrong?

I have the website running on my local machine (XAMPP). I will create a site at my ISP and give you admin-access then.
