I am using the Pitech template (version 4) on my site. How do I disable the SignUp and Login tabs? These tabs are not under the Main Menu section! My website is https://shamarconsultants.com/newfamily.

You will find the button group within your modules as "Menu Buttons". Here are screenshots:

If you don't want them you can simply unpublish the module.
