Hi, If I may....

1. If your iframe include JavaScript it cannot be used inside Raw HTML addon
2. If you have RSFirewall iframe can be disabled by its security rules
3. Joomla itself also have iframe protection - so you have to check In Global Configuration - Text Filter Settings

So please check deeper other settings. Add code using admin editor. For sure it's not SPPB fault.
