Mobile Menu Doesn't Work In Jl-teatree Template

Hi in the template in mobile and tablet mode, when I tap for the mobile menu it appears only if I am in the top of the page. When I scroll the page and I tap, it doesn't appear. Thanks Daniele

Thank you for your query. With all due respect, Jl-teatree is not actually our template. Could you kindly share this issue with the template provider?
