Owl Carousel Stopped Working With SP 3.8.3

Hello,

On a site in developement, using Medico Template, I updated SP Builder to its latest version. It introduced a bug: the owl carousel, stopped working (nothing is displayed), generating many errors (coming from owl.carousel.min.js).

I had to downgrade to 3.8.1 so that it works again, and does not generate errors anymore.

Can you tell me what's going on and how to fix?

Here is your access. Note that I've downgraded SP Builder so that the slideshow can work. You can upgrade it to see the issue.
