License and element window size.

when designing, the element window jumps suddenly to 50% of the working. also when want to select and insert a block, it asks for email and license key. The SP Page builder is 3.8, the email is in and correct and the license key is in and correct. It still responds like the free version. It's not letting me insert a image.

Hi Daniel.

  1. Check from different browser to be sure that it's not a cache issue.
  2. Are you 100% sue that you have installed / updated to PRO version, please check it as well.
