How to control the width of the text and the size of the image when using the "Image Content" Element

it general it's hard, becuse that image is used as background image on 2nd side. Using padding for text content has effect on image size. The larger the spacing, the larger the image. But you have to play with it on the principle of (more - less) top / bottom padding value.

But if you have more control use different addon: Image Layout (it has few styles) or just Image addon
