Unei-template With Css-compression Destroys Menu

dear team!
we use unei template and from one day to another the menu is broken. we have installed all updates which are shown in joomla. also the following relavant version according to extensions > manage > manage
- joomla v3.10.5
- unei template v1.0
- helix framework v2.0.6
after a little bit of inspection we figuired out that after disabling css-compression in template everything is correct. could you tell me what to do to use css-compression again?

Enable this option to compress and combine all CSS files to increase website performance by reducing loading time.Its better to off this when you need but its mainly you can open when your site is ready.Its up to you. If you want you can open it when your site is ready or if you don't want its not need to enable this.

thanks for your detailed explenation. but the thing is that enabling the css-compression will break the menu. so my question is how to enable css-compression but keep the menu working?
