Thank you for your query. The best way to update the template is to just re-install it with a new version - downloaded from our site. It will update both framework and template, in both changes has been made by us. You don't have to uninstall old version. Remember to:

• Export Settings.
• Backup file(s) which you edited/customized from template.
• Clear CMS and browser cache after each template update
