SP Page Builder Database Update Required - Not Updating

Hi, this is not working.
"SP Page Builder database update required
SP Page Builder has been updated. To keep things running smoothly, we need to update your database. We strongly recommend you to take a backup in case anything goes wrong."
If I click the button it runs but seems not to take. When returning to pages it is still there. In other words the databases are not beng rebuilt.
Please can this be fixed - thanks
