SP Page Builder Database Update Required

I keep getting the "SP Page Builder database update required" no matter how meny times i run the updater.

It is happeing now on 3 of our sites with pritty much identical server setup.

Any idea how to fix this. So far it does not hinder us in using SP Page Builder but its annoying.
