Re-install Templates, Blocks An Layouts

Hello, after a crash, the following problem occurs: Clicking on "blocks" -> nothing is visible. Clicking on "layouts" simply the massage "Templates not found" appears. My Sections and My Layouts are present. Is there a way to only add layouts and sections? Thanks.

Please follow this documentation steps. Also check that you have activated your SP Page Builder license in the settings.
