Pancake Menu Items - Open Submenus On Hover Instead Of Having To Click?

When using the pancake menu, is there a way to have them open the submenu when you hover the mouse over the menu item instead of having to click the the > to open them?

Are you talking about the offcanvas menu items with submenus?

Actually, hover action doesn't work within mobile devices, so you need to click to open it up.
