Memory Limit...

I'm using the latest version of SP Page Builder and Joomla 4 and I'm encountering a similar issue that others are having – getting the 'COM_SPPAGEBUILDER_MEDIA_MANAGER_MEDIA_TOTAL_SIZE_EXCEEDS' message when trying to upload through the Pagebuilder. I've contacted my webhost 1&1 / Ionos and they changed the memory limit to 512M and even 768M, neither of which helped. I'm able to updload through the Joomla media manager and FTP, but it would be nice to be able to upload directly through Pagebuilder. Is there anything else I can try?

Hello

Thank you for your query. Have you tried the following?

You can go to Global Configuration -> Media and then set the value in Maximum Size (in MB) field. helixu4-media-file-size.JPG

I did. It's set to 10MB. The only thing Ionos changed was adding a PHP.INI file with "memory_limit = 512M;" in it. Does that seem like it was done correctly?

Hello Joe, I wonder if you solved your problem? It seems I could encounter the same issue and need to set a php.ini file also with "memory_limit = 512M;" This should have to be done in order to allow me uploading a Featured Image in the Blog Options tab of an article... Can you help me?
