Front End Error "/templates/shaper_onepage/error.php On Line 28"

Hi, after an upgrade of Helix, I recive error ".../templates/shaper_onepage/error.php on line 28" in the front end.

Joomla: 3.10.6 shaper_one: v2.8 Helix: 3.0.2 PHP: 7.4

Searched alreaedy the internet but did not find anything really helpful.

May I ask you for your help please?

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. You shouldn't update the Helix3 latest update until Onepage Template released compatibilty of Helix3. You need to rollback your previous backup.

Hi Toufiq,

quite frustrating. According to Onepage template details Helix 3 is supported.

fyi - I restored the site and updated required extensions one by one checking always thast the frontend is still working. After updating SPPB Pro from version 3.8.1 to 3.8.3 the issue occured again. Site running on Helix 3.0.1 perfectly fine.

Recently we have added some fix & compatiblity for the Joomla3 and 4. If you give me the Joomla adminiostrator access to check the issue, I will check & get back to you soon. Thanks
