SP Portfolio - Some Items Will Not Display Description

Why do some items in SP Portfolio display their description and others do not?

Any idea why SP portfolio does not display some the description of some items? https://www.sunstarstrategic.com/portfolio-details/118-maximizing-trends-in-platform-distribution

verses like this https://www.sunstarstrategic.com/portfolio-details/117-communicating-with-advisors-in-a-virtual-world

You can see in the page source of https://www.sunstarstrategic.com/portfolio-details/118-maximizing-trends-in-platform-distribution that the description is not even being output.

We have about 12 items like this. Was hoping for a fix. Howevrer, re-creating them seems to be one fix.

The client was mad this was taking so long to get an answer.

I had to manually recreate the items that were not displaying correctly.

If it comes up again, I'll post here.

It would be nice if this forum was better monitored for support.

I'm sure you are familar with the great Yoda, "No trying ... only Doing."

Do improve your support. We are also a paying customer of SP-page builder.

If we cannot get timely support we will be forces to use other options like Gantry or someother prduct.
