I have just installed the template. I have not yet got to see the home page. In the backend under sppage builder there are various sliders. I do not see an image carousel...

OK, it was just an assumption, maybe sliders could also induce this? Let's hear what says the Joomshaper team :)

Seems to be related to the version of MySQL being used. My hosting platform uses version 8.xxx. It seems that the ecommerce templates provided by Joomshaper where 2jStore is used use earlier versions of MySQL which is now becoming a big problem!

Apology for the inconvenience. Your issue is fixed now. Please check your site. It was with the Features addon and PHP 8. But there might be database issues with MySQL 8 as we discussed.
