Addon: Articles Scroller > News Carousel > Enable Arrow Controllers > Not Working On Mobile

Extension 3 years ago

Hi,

I use the Addon: Articles Scroller > News Carousel and when I enable the option "Enable Arrow Controllers" it works fine on desktop but not on mobile.

On desktop the class is "fa fa-angle-left" etc and icons are shown. On mobile the class is "bx-prev" and "bx-next" and no icons are shown.

Why and how to fix this?

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. Will you please provide me the Joomla administrator access to check the issue? I will check & get back to you soon.

Note: Please disable the jch optimize extension and check again.

-Thanks

This video shows my problem. I know my problem. Can you also make a video that shows the solution? And then tell me how you fixed it?

I have added a css code inside the custom.css file top.

But I would like to see the arrows instead of Next & Prev. That is why I started this topic in the first place.

Then here's the request to develop this. Current view on mobile is so ugly/UX unfriendly.
