Do you have different template styles assigned to different menu items, please? Then you need to check if the associated template style has the Page Title section in the Layout builder.

no, I have the Shaper Estate template as the only template associated with all menu items

I tried to create a dedicated page with pagebuilder, inserting the category in a module; in this case the page title is displayed correctly, but the prices of the properties are all out of order.
