these are the problems:

1. which quickstart??? gazette_quickstart_j4_v2.0.1
2. you forgot to put the URL praticaprevidenciaria.com.br
3. Quickstart doesn't have demo images (!) just gray placeholders (yes, it's not about that, but the template structure configuration is not the same, the (Articles Slides), Most Popular and Latest news are unconfigured.

It's not that the photos aren't available, I've read that they wouldn't be. The idea was to work on top of the original model, but after the quick start, the look and feel was not the same as the model.

Should be better, but not perfect :( By now I only replaced one file: templates/shaper_gazette/js/owl.carousel.min.js

with a new version Owl Carousel v2.3.4

It's from Joomla core language plugin, madness... probably you have pt-BR langugage package installed that is not fully ready for J4.1 or It's Joomla core bug.
