BK-MultiThumb And Sp Page Biulder

I am using the BK-MultiThumb add-on. If I use it in the article as a Sp Page biulder it works. If I try to do the same with Create a new Page it doesn't work. What could be the reason?

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. Sorry to say that, we didn't make the BK-MultiThumb addon. Will you please clarify? Do you use our Template and Page Builder or third-party any shortcode plugin?
