Contact Form Addon Crashing When Activating Custom Button

Hi there, I have created a module assigned SPPB. On this module I have a contact form integrated. The problem is that the module is crashing when I want to activate custom button in addon setting. See the video attached:

What can I do? I need to active this button.

Accepted AnswerPlease check now, it should be OK after SPPB update. Remember to clean browser cache deeply.
I tested on "SPPB module Test" module.

In case of... you can use Form Builder addon, right. It's more powerful.
