Global Configuration - 403 Forbidden Error

Hi,

After instalin Quickstart helixultimate_quickstart_j4_v2.0.7.zip when i try to enter Global Configuration i've got message: Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please help,

Hi,

Hmm... hard to say, becuase this is Joomla area, not from JoomShaper code.

BTW in Joomla Users Manager - your user is Administrator or Super User?

What user login you used during QS installation? I hope, not "admin" or "admin2". If yes, you have reinstall and use different login name.

WRONG.

We informed about this in documenation. Point (3) from Installing procedure.

REINSTALL AGAIN, but this time use your name/nickname, not "admin" ;p

I have the same issue after installation of the quickstart of a template. and i didn't use admin
