I saw that you have Securitycheck Pro component.

In most cases missing icons are caused by extra software / htaccess rule that locks loading some SPPB files.

OK, I found the reason.

.htaccess that you had, generated by Securitycheck Pro locked those icons. Now when I set default .htaccess file from Joomla core, icons are OK, fixed.

Please contact with Securitycheck developer and ask him how it can be solved on his end. Our help ends here.
