From what I can see, the differnce between version 1.1 and 2.0.0 the pagination CSS classes on pagination-wrapper include d-lg-flex justify-content-between w-100 if I inspect element in chrome and remove that it fixes the issue.

So, with that in mind, I fixed the issue by copying the overrides folder (from the Dentro Quickstart Package), from plugins/system/helixultimate/ and placing it in the main templates folder here templates/dentro/

Then I edited the blog.php file located in dentro/ovverrides/com_content/category and removed d-lg-flex justify-content-between w-100 from <nav class="pagination-wrapper d-lg-flex justify-content-between w-100"> around line 138.

I'm still at a loss why Joomshaper recreated an ovveride system when Joomla has one built into it's core.
