Konstra - Module Assigned To New Template Row, Nothing

Do I need to create an override to add a row to the Konstra theme? Nothing appears when assigned via the Helix Ultimate layout options. The section doesn't appear at all, not even in the inspector.

edit: added a screenshot of the json settings demonstrating that the new row is in a substantially large region of error.

A developer contacted me saying they temporarily changed permissions several days ago, and forgot to change them back. That was the entire problem.

{facepalm}

Hi there!

Thanks for your query.

Have you published any module to that position? I can see you are using a new module position heaper-grid there. Is there any module published on that position within your site modules?

Best Regards

There is a module placed on every page at the moment. The template json file shows the new section(s) in 'error' syntax highlighting. When I switched to a different preset, the new section showed in the console...until I started tweaking the colors in the preset - then it reverted to this.

edit: i created a simple custom html assigned to that position, and on save, an error flashed quickly by, "error fetching JSON..." But it was gone before I could memorize it. It saved the module, but there are no sections I am creating in the layout manager that appear and the module position is assigned in every attempt to create a new row.

Getting this site finished and into production now looks dubious since things aren't doing what they are supposed to be doing and no one has a clue as to why.

edit 2: totally weird. I can't duplicate a working module (bottom1), and switch it out with the originally published one - because bottom1 then simply disappears even though the module is identical. this thing is totally locked up and i will have to abandon it.

This is not an answer - I have neither figured one out yet, nor received any help

I moved to php 8 (probably the most important step), increased allotted ram, and changed a couple folder privileges, and was able to grok a module into an existing template section. Other additional sections created still do not appear. At this point, as long as I can resist additional client demands, it looks like this build can limp home to J4 ready - and my wish upon a star is that J4 will be the solution to this riddle.

Note that I have been assigned to drag an even more complex site into J4. Can I trust Helixultimate to get me there?
