Users Can't Register Since I Removed Fields

Hi, I'm using Rhino Template.
I did remove some fields on the registration page; https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/746#qa-answer-4856
But since we removed the "Terms of use" field, new users can't register anymore, it says you have to accept the Terms of Use. But since I wanted it removed, what can I do?

Rhino uses Joomla registration form and it does not have any accept terms and conditions option.
