PB Module Loses All Rows/addons When Saving (AGAIN! AGH)

I have a dev site, that was created by upgrading the live site from 3.10 to 4. x, I am trying to create PB Module. Everytime I save the module all rows and addons are lost. I have disabled and uninstalled the JCE editor since in the past I was told it's JCE when this happened on other sites, and I still have the problem.

I have provided admin access in the hidden area, you can re-create the problem by going to Modules, edit module SP Page Builder - Recent & Popular - Right Column, then add a row and add a module addon then save and you will see the row and addon disappar.

This is only a problem with Modules and everything will save correctly on a page.

Thank you, Mike

I have also found the issue. It looks like only Safari browser encounters this problem. I have informed the developer about it.

Hello Mike Underwood

Sorry, I have not found any issue. Please check the module.

Best regards

I am not sure what is going on, but I see that it worked for you. I logged in and am unable to change the module, at first it seemed to be working with the test user I setup for you. But when I logged in with my user and then I re-tested this with the user I setup for you and its not working for either user. I tried to delete the alert addon that you added and save the module and it's still not working, after I save the alert addon is still there.

Can you please double check this, I am also providing my login in the hidden area.

Thank you, Mike

Update, I found the problem and it's an issue with Safari Version 15.4 on Mac OS 12.3.1 Monterey, it is working in Firefox but needs to also work in Safari as that is what myself and many of my clients use.

Thank you, Mike
