I'm building out Konstra into a (much) larger site than the demo, and one thing that we're hardly touching all is the nifty even-odd-even blog layout. But on some blog pages, the category 'blog' is not in the url, and on others it is. Is there something I can patch to force it to always appear? Or have I accidentally set some parameter that toggles some of these off. (Not many posts ported over yet, so even local fixes won't be difficult.) Link to staging site in the hidden content field.

(edit: I am using Route66 to control alias display, but this behavior occurs regardless of whether Route66 is enabled.)
