When using an inner row inside of a narrow column. I'm unable to click on the settings tab. You can see what I mean in short video here.

Thanks for your explanation. We are aware of this issue. In this type of case, we suggest to use backend editor or use some margin top. The upper section is overlapping and getting the focus. We have improved this on the upcoming SP Page Builder 4. It will be available soon.
