Addon Settings Bar Not Accessible With Mouse

Hi. I have the problem that I cannot reach the highlighted menu bar. As soon as I click on it with the mouse, it disappears. It doesn't help either if I give the outer frame a padding or margin at the top. Do you have any idea how I can get to the small menu bar with the mouse?

I work with SPPB version: 3.8.10. With the Template Maestro with Helix Ultimate 2.0.12.

Have you found a solution here yet? I can't edit an Inner Row because I can't reach the little blue menu bar.

The problem occurs with various browsers and on different websites.
