SP Page Builder 3 years ago

Hello, recently I got a message in Pagebuilder that I should do a database update. Unfortunately this message does not go away. I have found in another post the file maintenance.zip and applied this to the two data but the problem remains. There was also another post pointed out where I tried to change this in the PHPmyAdmin. Unfortunately this also fails. Attached are a few screenshots: https://prnt.sc/bWTsXih_lKAy phpmyadmin error https://prnt.sc/YaksObasvzYw sp-database message https://prnt.sc/OICAhc1bwY36 database errors https://prnt.sc/SxNQiTYbzk2j fixed database and then comes again the message that something is wrong https://prnt.sc/tDFxavwgoKYf

Here the system informations: https://prnt.sc/ss3JYsfribxk

Unfortunately, I could not install this on a local host as I do not have such a thing. I installed it in a new folder on the server instead. But nothing has changed at all. The problem still exists.

I will try it again. I delete all then make a new database with the same name and reinstall the Backup. Then I will see that it works.

Hi Touofiq, So now I was having time to reinstall the Backup what you was sending me. Before I install the backup and the Database I was cleaning the folder and the Database complete. The reinstall was without errors.

After all was done I open Pagebuilder and again comes the messages like before. Maybe you can check it again what goes wrong there. Thank you

Best regards Manuel

I have only one hoster, Hostgator. I have more websites with the same configuration without that problem. So for that I think is not a hoster problem.

Akeeba backup size almost 2 GB. Your hosting server doesn't have enough space.
