Is it possible to create a circular button with text and responsive in sppb editor
Or can this only be done with custom css

Thanks for your query.

You can select button shape as round. It will look something like this: https://prnt.sc/Rg3g9_TKT6Cc

If you want a different look and fully circular button then you need to use custom CSS, yes.
