SPPB does Not Create Pages, The Buttons Of The Visual Editor Turned Into Lines Of Code

Purchased SPBB Pro. Using Open Server, I installed Joomla and SPPB locally. I started creating a website project. At some point, SPPB stopped creating new pages. Is writing because the page is created, but does not display it in the list of pages. Cleaning the browser cache and Joomla cache did not help. Reinstallation of the SPB also gave no result. In addition, in the visual editor, all buttons are displayed as code starting with "comsppagebuilder......". What is the problem? How to fix it? I did not try to run SPPB in another browser, as you suggested. I decided to create a new project in Open Server. I installed a clean Jumla, then installed SPPB PRO. In this case, page creation works in the same browser. All icons and buttons in the visual editor are also displayed correctly. But when you log in to the previous project, all the errors remain. I asked this question in a chat with a demonstration of screenshots, but I was sent to the forum.

Hello Alex,

Please, check the technical requirements here and make sure that you have fulfilled all of it, as you stated that it works fine on another site of yours. Feel free to give me a buzz if the issue still remains the same.

Thank you!

I decided to start creating the project again. I was hoping that the problem described above is an accidental crash. However, when creating a new project after some time, the problem again arose. For clarity, I recorded a video - https://youtu.be/h5ZgS199jfE Please also read my description of the video.

Hello there,

I have gone through the whole video. Please, roll back to PHP 7.3 and try again and let us know if the issue still remains the same.

Don't forget to clear the browser and Joomla cache.

Thanks!

The rollback to PHP 7.3. is done. All caches are cleared. The problem remains. New video - https://youtu.be/0c2wzLm_mCA

As far as I know MySQL 8 is not supported yet.

Thank you for helping me figure out my mistake. I already transfer everything I did from MySQL8 to MySQL5.7. So far, everything is fine.
