Allow Editors To Create Pages

Hi, I would like editors, authors and publishers to be able to create new pages, but that's all I want them to be able to do. I don't want them to have any other form of admin access. I don't understand why this isn't available in the front end.

How could this be acheived?

Sorry, there is no option to create page from the frontend. It is only avaible from the backend.
