But after what steps? What have you done, installed something new, changed ACL settings? Software don't crash just like that.

please resolve the version issue if you know that your released versions are not working, i should not have to be doing trial an error support.

I didn't actually ask you about versions, what iasked is how do i setthings up to provide editing permission for a user to create pages and manage sp page buikder from the frontend.

Like if I build a site for a client and they want to edit and make changes, I suspect they should be able to without having access to the back end.
